It’s a scary thought when a movie you watched when you were younger has a 20th anniversary, you can’t help but face the cruel reality that you’re getting old. Back in 1994, a remake of The Little Rascals (based on the Our Gang short films of the 1920s-1940s) was given a theatrical release which many of us may remember rather fondly.
This week to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the film, a production company called 22 Vision staged a reunion of the entire cast for a fun photoshoot that saw the cast recreating the movie poster for 1994′s The Little Rascals which you can see below they’ve done remarkably well.
Be prepared though, the sight of these cute little kids grown up will really make you feel old.
They’ve aged rather well don’t you think? I’ll be honest, in the past 20 years I haven’t really thought that much about the movie, it’s not like it was the kind of movie that blew people’s mind. Remember 1994 saw audiences captivated by films such as The Lion King Forest, Gump and The Adventures of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. However I guess it is nice to see the cast reunited for a bit of nostalgia and to further cement the harsh reality we’re growing old and nothing we can do will change that.
Were you a fan of The Little Rascals?
