Baskervillain have just released their Modern Lows EP and it’s all kinds of great!

On Saturday night I had the privilege of attending the debut EP launch of one of my favourite Brisbane bands Baskervillain. Now if you don’t know of this band, it’s time you get familiar with them. They’re bloody amazing! The four piece band made up of Jack Mckenzie, Tom Spurgin, Daniel Mahler, and Lachlan Giddings is in my opinion becoming one of the country’s must see acts. The boys have fused rock ‘n roll, blues, and psychedelic pop to produce a genuinely addictive classic rock sound for the modern generation.

Sharing the stage with names such as WAAX, Moses Gunn Collective, The Cairos, Little Earthquake and many more, they’ve gained quite the strong following with their powerful stage presence and high energy live shows, that without fail always leave you craving for more. Personally I can’t get enough of them so it gives me utmost pleasure to share with you their just released Modern Lows EP. It is pure gold!

Check it out below.

Now with their debut EP out and with the boys about to embark on an east coast tour, 2015 is the year of the Bakervillain! If you get a chance to see these guys live, do it! You won’t be disappointed. Also rather than just streaming their EP support some awesome Australian talent by purchasing it through their bandcamp.
